1. What is HBCUGlam.com?
HBCUGlam.com is an online store dedicated to celebrating the culture, heritage, and pride of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through quality apparel and accessories.
2. Are the logos and names of HBCUs officially licensed?
Yes. All logos, names, and mascots are trademarks of their respective colleges and universities. HBCUGlam.com uses these marks with permission or under applicable license. We do not claim ownership of these trademarks.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your items, choose size/quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods processed through our third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times are typically 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please email support@hbcuglam.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
